The Boys were born fifteen minutes apart in Wisconsin in the same year that Die Hard came out in theatres and Metal Gear arrived for the Nintendo home system. They just finished their last semester at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, receiving a BA in Studies in Cinema & Media Culture. They’ve also recently returned from over a year of studying film abroad at Victoria University of Wellington in Wellington, New Zealand. It was, as they say, boss.
Max grew up wanting to be (in no particular order): a cop, dinosaur, comedian, Power Ranger, comic-book artist, professional wrestler, paleontologist, videogame designer, designer for Stan Winston Studios, film composer, and is now working on being a screenwriter/director/editor with that other guy.
Nick grew up wanting to be (in order of oldest to most recent): comic-book editor, comedian, cartoonist, professional wrestler, stormchaser, videogame designer, paleontologist, film composer, designer for ILM, and now wants to be a screenwriter/director/editor/audio designer with the guy above.
They’re gonna make movies.
